Join our team as a German Speaking Appointment Setter!
As an Appointment Setter, you will play a vital role in our sales process by reaching out to prospective clients and securing high-quality appointments for our Business Managers. Your work will directly contribute to the success of our team and clients.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Proactively contact prospective clients by phone, using inbound lead data and other sources provided
- Secure quality appointments for IMSM Business Managers, following outlined KPIs and incentive schemes
- Organise and manage lead data efficiently to optimise outreach efforts
- Schedule and confirm meetings ensuring all relevant information is accurately recorded and shared with supervisors
- Maintain up-to-date calendars and appointment logs for Business Managers
- Provide administrative support related to appointment setting and diary management
Qualifications & Experience:
Essential:
- Native level of German
- A proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a strong desire to learn and succeed in sales
- Excellent communication skills particularly over the phone
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a results driven mindset
Desirable:
- Previous experience in a call center, telesales or similar phone-based role
